I have a brand new VERSA and went swimming and watch is totally dead now. Worked with support and they cannot get it fixed. This is so incredibly disappointing. Anyone else as frustrated as I am? These products are not cheap. I also have a Garmin which did not work after doing laps.

I had the same issue but it didn't happen after I went swimming. Screen did weird colors and then wen't black and won't turn back on. I did a factory reset and it won't come back on so they are sending me a new one. The Versa is on because the green light on the back is lit up and I can connect to bluetooth.
Guess I will be wearing my old blaze until the replacement arrives. I only purchased mine on the 5th.

I have just had mine 2 weeks, it too is dead and gone after doing laps (walking) in the pool! I thought this was for swimmers? This thing is not cheep. So disapointed, and now broke

Had mine since March, pool swim 4-5x/week since April and several ocean swims, no problems, wife swims on regular basis w/ hers as well. So ask for replacement. As designed it works well...it seems like they are making/selling a lot of these and would guess they have x % that are below standards from high volume. Now in terms of swimming there are software issues (calories/HR not accurate) but basic lap counting and timing have worked well.

I lost one of my three Versa units by swimming for about 10 minutes. Two additional units had problems and returned. Hope you bought your locally so you can return quickly.
