Band clasp doesn't match the copper gold

When my Versa Special Edition got fried recently in the swimming pool Fitbit very graciously replaced it with the new Versa 2. But they didn't replace the band and the Rose Gold clasp on my old lavender band doesn't match the Copper Gold of the new Versa. Does the clasp on their pink reflective band match the new copper gold? Has anyone found a (non-Fitbit) replacement band that matches the new copper gold?? I'd love a "bling-y" to wear on special occasions but I haven't found one in the copper gold color. Thanks for your help!

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern about your new Versa 2 watch not matching the Rose Gold clasp on your lavender band. Thank you for sharing your experience. We sell Fitbit accessories in our online store, however as you're looking for a non-Fitbit band, I recommend checking with our authorized retailers for availability.

I'm having this same problem.  They advise you to just use the band from the original Versa since it fits, but even though it *fits*, it doesn't *match*.  For something that you wear everyday, it's very reasonable to want it to match.

I really think Fitbit is being unreasonable on this one.  If a product needs replaced under warranty, it should be replaced fully.  If that takes sending along a new band (which probably costs less than $2 to produce, honestly), then include the band.  Don't make loyal customers have to hunt around for third party solutions.

I don't see the "pink reflective band" that you mention but I *think* the Petal color on this listing on the Fitbit accessory page matches the copper gold.  Fair warning, however, that I don't work for Fitbit and I don't have this band personally so I can't tell you for absolute certain.  It was just mentioned to me by customer support recently as a likely match. https://www.fitbit.com/shop/accessories/versa-classic?color=petal

I’m not necessarily looking for a non-Fitbit band just one with a clasp that matches the copper gold. I’m not a big fan of the silicone bands and I’d rather not have a navy-colored band. Hence my question if anyone knows if the clasp on the Fitbit pink reflective band matches the copper gold. As an employee of Fitbit maybe you could answer that question. And I appreciate the link to the authorized retailers.
