I received my birth of three as a gift just over a month ago. And the band just came disconnected from the versa and fell off yesterday. So the connector that goes into the versa was stuck in there and the band had disconnected from the connector itself. So I took the connector out ordered another band. I'm putting the band in but it will not stay in because the little latch that keeps the band in seems like it doesn't have a spring or something to push it to stay closed. What's sad is I don't have purchase documents for warranty. What can I do if the versa itself is the problem? it's not holding a band on.
