Hmmm. What to do ... This is not an official Fitbit answer but this is what I would do. I’d go to a jewelry store or someplace where they advertise that they replace watch batteries. Ask them to help. They have more delicate tools and should be able to remove the backwards band. Please let us know if you do this and if they were able to resolve the problem.
