My genuine fitbit strap has snapped and is now stuck in the watch. I have tried a knife tweezers ect to remove it but cant grip it any advice

Hello @Jadeversa3 and welcome to the Community. Your post has a Charge 3 label, but your photo looks like it is a Versa 3. Your Fitbit uses a quick release latch to hold the band in place. It is important that you are moving the latch to its "released" position to remove this piece. There might be a good image of how to do this in your Fitbit app. Tap on your device/battery icon in the upper left of your Fitbit app, then your device tile. Tap on the pink How To Use option. My Sense 2 has a section that describes how to remove the band.
A jeweler or watch repair shop might be able to help you.
