I received a Fitbit Versa on April 1st, and just recently tried to attach the band to the face. Unfortunately, one side of the Fitbit (the one with the holes), will not work with either the small or the big band. The metal latches are not fitting into the holes, and I do not know what to do. I am scared that it might be an issue with the Versa itself, and not the band, because BOTH of the sizes will not fit. Any advice? Has this happened to anyone else?
