Bands come loose all the time

My Fibit Versa is not even a year old, and the bands keep coming loose. I have nearly lost my fitbit twice now. Please assist.

The Versa lite isn't a year old yet @HeidivR 

Which band so you have? After attaching the band back on, do you give a little tug. Personally I find the Versa has the most difficult band to replace. 

How tight do you wear the band? If worn to tight the band getting moved might be pushing on the release point. I had one 3rd party band that this was an issue. Even though I wear the band loose
