I can't get the bands to come off of my versa. As I was trying to get them off, the little pin broke off and now they are stuck! Has anyone else experienced this? Anyone have a suggestion to get them off? Fyi, the bands I current have on ate the silicone ones.

If you broke the pin I don't see a way to get it off without using some kind of tool. I am using a leather band now and can see if I get a pair pf pliers on it I should be able to squeeze the ends together enough, squeezing just the band. Another way would be to carefully take a razor blade and cut through the band along the shaft of the connector holding it on.
Note, none of these are recommended by Fitbit. If you are under warranty, I would contact support.

I'm having this exact same problem!!! Super annoying. Thinking about taking it to Best Buy or a watch repair place to see if they can get the band off without destroying it.

I finally got them off. I used a thumb tack to release the pins.

Noelle77, how did you use a thumb tack? I broke the little tab on one side trying to get the band off... The other side came off no issues...

I split 2 fingernails trying to loosen the pin on one side of my Fitbit so I switched to a bobby pin. No luck there either, so I tried a screwdriver. The pin just broke off, and I still don't have the band off. Argh!!! The other side came off with no issues. This is really frustrating.

P. S. This is the original band.
