Last night at 11:12 PM I turned my Fitbit off, my battery life was at 53%. Well this morning at 11am I turned it back on, btw of pressing all the buttons because it doesn’t turn on by pressing 1 button anymore, My Fitbit didn’t turn on so I plugged it in only to find out my battery life was at zero. Can anybody help me resolve this issue

I've also been having this problem in the last few days. Is there a fix yet?

I have the same problem, the battery drain fast to only 50% left in 8 hours after shutting down, but if I keep turn on, the battery only drain 10% in 12 hours.
Beside, I need to press 3 buttons together to turn it on after shutting down.

Hi there this happened to me repeatedly lately. I see the battery becomes zero many times when I shut it down. I even charged it 100% every time before shutdown. It went to zero again overnight when I tried turning it back on, And none of the buttons were working with the blackout screen. This is a real issue that needs to be fixed, this issue with your software is draining the battery after its shutdown properly.
kindly resolve this

It's a feature. It wasn't easy for them to program a flaw into the watch. I'm convinced it was done deliberately to try and get persons to buy a new one. Try plugging it in and leaving it plugged in over night. Then never shut it off again. I place mine face up on my night table and charge it again when it gets below 40% which is usually 2.5 days. I've turned off the auto display and have it blank unless I tap it. Which is kind of lame. The battery lasts a bit longer that way. My Blaze worked much better but it wasn't waterproof. It won't matter if they send you another one as long as it has the latest firmware it will have the same flaw.
