Battery Drains in less than 8 hours

I am having the same issue as many others in here. I tried all the posted solutions and my Versa is drained by 4pm. I have even charged it 100% before going to bed and when I woke up 7 hours later it was already at 30%.

I turned everything off in notification, apps, etc. What's the point of having a Versa if you can't use it the way its intended to do so. I pre-ordered mine so maybe the first models that came out are defective? How do I return it?? I'll gi back to my HR2.

Hello

Hopefully you are still within warranty, when I had to return my Fitbit I did it by Email, go into help from your dashboard on the computer, select your product type, which operating system you use, the issue causing your problem, they will offer basic links to how to... but in the right bottom corner you should see Email Us. You will be given a basic form Name, Email, Phone.... fill it out and submit. Then you play the waiting game.  Alternetivley I belive there support number is 1 (877) 623-4997 I have not used it but there hours of operation are 4am to 9pm PT.

Hope this helps.

Depending on where you bought the Versa and their return policy, you may be able to get a refund, but should definitley be able to swap it for a new one. If you bought direct from the Fitbit online store you need to contact Support (link in my signature )

if it keeps doing that. I will be returning it tomorrow.

This is ridiculous.. I bought for the 4 days plus holding a charge.. but it wont make 24 hours..

i spend more time charging then wearing..
