Battery, Hourly Activity Goal and active minutes issues

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

First off battery is draining faster then normal, yesterday app was not accurate with my hourly steps and then today for my hour cardio my active minutes didn’t track anything. Green light is on now but my battery is at 46%. Super frustrating it feels like each week something goes wrong

Hi @Baseballmom33_, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with your Versa's battery draining faster than expected, your Hourly Activity Goals not showing correctly in the app and your active minutes not being tracked. I totally understand how you are feeling as you would like to continue using your watch without any issues and take advantage of all its features. I recommend doing the following:

  1. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
  2. Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Charge the watch to 100% and use it like normal.

For additional tips to prevent the battery drain, please see this help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

Regarding the issue with the Hourly Activity Goal not being accurate in the app, I would like to confirm that we’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. I appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to improve your experience.

As you know, the active minutes are awarded when the activity you're doing or logging is more strenuous than regular walking. Also keep in mind that active minutes are only recorded for activities that last 10 minutes or longer. For more information about how the active minutes are calculated, please see this help article: What are active minutes? Please keep monitoring your watch after doing a restart. I also would like to confirm if you log your exercises manually as these activities override your device's data and can affect the number of your active minutes.

Please keep me posted.
