I have been an avid FitBit (Charge, Ionic, Versa) user for many years even promoting it at my work place (Corporate Fitness company). I am extremely disappointed on the battery life of my FitBit Versa. I purchased the Versa in April 2018 and have recently noticed that the battery life was draining in less than 24 hours after being fully charged. I contacted FitBit and followed the necessary battery test. They confirmed my suspicion that the battery was defected unfortunately my warranty had expired 30 days ago and the only thing they can offer me was a 25% discount on my next Fitbit. Why would I purchase ANOTHER Fitbit if the battery life only last a year?!?! Am I supposed to keep buying Fitbit's every year? And no I did not buy the extended warranty; why would I think my $200 watch die in a year. Also, I have known several people that have had the same issue. Again, I am extremely disappointed.
