My second Fitbit watch stopped holding a charge after just over 1 year. This is the second time I've had the issue. Both times I was offered 25% off. The first time I fell for it. Not this time. I am purchasing an Apple Watch. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Twice is not a coincidental. I am very angry with this company for not standing behind their product. It is too expensive to last less than a year.

Well we had a nice little thread going about this exact same problem. Unfortunately, it is being closed to further comments. No one from Fitbit has come up with a solution nor have they acknowledged that there is a problem but they are encouraging us to get help from the community. I’m wondering how the community can help if Fitbit can’t (won’t) come up with a viable solution.
I’m like you. I will never spend another dime on a Fitbit product. I don’t know why I stuck with them as long as I have.
