Battery and glitch on brand new versa

Hey guys! I ordered my Versa on Amazon and it came in Monday night! I was having issues with the battery not lasting through the 4 days, but today the batter drained 30% after being fully charged and a glitch is starting. I have changed my setting and it is still going on. I love my Versa, but I’m needing advice. Do I need a new one after haveing it for 4 days?? Thanks in advance!

What is the glitch? What do you have turned on, on your Versa? Big battery users are all day sync and notifications if you get a lot, so if youbhave them turned on you can expect a much shorter battery life than advertised. 

Try restarting it several times and see if that helps
