Battery and heart rate issues

Hello, my Fitbit Versa's battery lasts one day! Now it is not even counting my heart rate! What do I do? TIA.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issues you're having with your Fitbit Versa not holding a charge or tracking your heart rate. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts. Upon checking with our support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution, please keep working with them.
