My Versa is 8.5 months old, it was working very well but now I'm so disappointed because since last week battery is draining so fast. First lasted for only two days and now for only one day. I had this problem in the past with two Fitbit Trackers which had been replaced because of the fail. This problem appeared when they arrived to one year since first use.
I never permit battery get fully discharged and always charge it to 100% so I ask for your support to solve this issue. I simply can't understand what's happening.
Thanks in advance,

Hi @MiltonG -
have you tried restarting your Fitbit?
it sounds like something is happening in the background. Restarting usually helps a bunch of issues.
To restart your versa please follow the directions below:
To turn off your Fitbit, go to your settings, scroll down to “about” and Scroll down to “shutdown”
hope this helps- please let us know how it goes for you.

Hi Kawaiiko!
Thank you so much for your prompt reply. You recommend me to restart the unit but, for other reasons I have to restarted it yesterday so that should corrected the issue, isn't it?
I think I will try turning it off and on.
I will let you know how it goes,
Thanks again,

Hi, one restart is usually not enough to solve the problem. Restart your Versa 4-5 times in a row and see it that solves your problem. You know how to restart your Versa, so I do not have to elaborate on that. Whenever this procedure does not solve your battery problem, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.

Hi Kuzibri!
Thanks for the suggestion. I have already restarted my Versa 5 times in a row. Since it's too soon to see if problem is solved, I'll be back letting you know.
Thanks,

Hi Kuzibri!
I did the restarting routine last night by approximately 8:00 p.m. and battery was at 86%, now it is at 61% which is 30% of overnight drain... it seems to be too much yet, for me, but I'll still monitoring and letting you know how it's going.
Thanks again,

Hi Milton, thanks for the update. Just a few things regarding "saving the battery":
1. The usage of multiple notifications drain the battery faster than normal
2. Playing music even more
3. Have a look on the size of your clock face, the greater it is, the more battery it uses, etc.
My daily battery usage is about 15% (in 24 hrs). I have no notifications enabled, a clock face of only 50 kB (and it's a beautiful one, completely replacing the Today screen) and also no music on it. Hope this helps.
