My versa 2 died and won’t charge. I’ve tried all the things, different outlets, brick vs usb plug, cleaned the watch and charger multiple times. The watch is fully dead/ black screen. When I put it on the charger the screen comes on but says 0% charged after being on the charger for hours. How do I know if it’s my charger cord vs my Fitbit battery ?

Hi @Meldebo - when a watch behaves oddly it is often a sign of an internal fault.
Did you try a factory reset because if it fails or if water gets in you may have a problem.
Try charging using a pc port and listen to the connection disconnection noise. If it is repetitive there may be a watch fault.

I cannot do a factory reset because it needs to hold a charge. When I take the watch off the charger it dies and shuts off immediately
