I've had the Versa for 2 months and all of a sudden the battery goes from 70% to dead in about an hour. After charging up, the heart rate will not register. There are no lights on the back and notifications will not come through. I've done the reset twice, but nothing has helped. Please let me know how I can fix this. It does register steps but nothing else seems to be working.

same thing happened to me after 2 months but now it is completely dead. It was over heating on the charger but wouldn't charge. I am still waiting for customer service to phone me with resolution.
