When I place the Versa in the charger, I get a true battery %. However, at all other times, my battery reading is incorrect and frozen.
The only thing that fixes it is restarting the tracker (by holding the top and back buttons). But it's frustrating to continually do this.
Here's a quick video of what I mean. Note what the battery life says when the Versa is not attached, and again when it is: https://streamable.com/6prcm
And again, here it is after charging to 100%. Note that the reading on the top-left says 32% after I detach it. https://streamable.com/3z9fo

When you swipe up for the Today stats, what does the battery % indicate there?

Hmm, I hadn't tried that before @SunsetRunner. I just did it and it seems to display the correct battery life there. I'll wait a little bit for my battery to drain and test it again.

@orvn I hate to let Fitbit off the hook for stuff, because the Versa is definitely buggy, but that's probably a bug in the third party clock face you have. Have you tried a different clock face?

That means your problem is with the clock face, not the Versa itself. I believe you have a third party clock face. Go to your "My Clock" screen in the Versa settings and there should be a "Contact Developer" link down at the bottom of the screen describing your clock face and its settings. I would click on that and let the developer know what's happening. My experience with clock developers has been very positive about answering users concerns.

Hi,
I had the same issue, battery lever was not updating on home screen but it has been fixed since I updated my clock face. When you go to 'my clock' option you should see something like 'update' just under your current clock face.
