Battery drain on brand new Versa

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

So, I was sent a new Versa after my old one died and was under warranty. The settings on the new one are exactly the same as the last one and yet this battery is draining twice as fast.

The previous one lasted 4 days, this is lasting 2.

This did happen to my first one for a short period in-between firmware updates but had been working absolutely beautifully for the last 3 months or so - until it packed in. So it's super frustrating that a brand new Versa wouldn't perform as well as the one that I had.

Advice please...

hi, recontact Customer Support again and ask for a battery test. Might be that you did not receive a new one but one that has been returned for whatever reason.

Sorry to hear your new Versa's battery is not lasting like it should. The first thing I would advise is to restart your Versa (if you haven't already done so): Press and hold the left button and the lower right button at the same time. Continue to hold the buttons until you see the Fitbit logo pop up on the screen (this could take up to 10 seconds). When the logo appears, release the buttons. Then monitor battery performance for the next day or two. If that doesn't improve the situation, please contact Fitbit support for further troubleshooting. Good luck!
