I've had a Fitbit Versa since 2015. This is my second Versa 2. Quite a few problems. When I got static screen, tech support told me to change my clock face. I did. Problem solved. Now, in a period of 48 hours my battery drains almost completely in less than 24 hours. I have not changed anything in my settings or usage.

I have the same problem. Mine has drained twice fully in the last 48 hours. My battery is not lasting 24 hours. This is my replacement fitbit as my first one gave up less than 18 months in. Not happy at all about it. Waiting for fitbit to contact me. I know several people with issues with their fitbits too.

Same thing with my Versa lite, which I’ve had over 1 year. Yesterday was fully charged, then this morning It wouldn’t turn on. Battery totally drained, 0% when I attached to charger! I always take it off at night, nothing has been changed. Normally fully charged it goes for 5-6 days. This has happened several times in past several months.
