Fitbit Versa
This is my second time communicating in this forum. I was contacted by customer support by email stating they would get back with me and its been over a week. I'm in need of assistance with my Versa battery draining quickly and the heart rate isnt tracking. Ive updated the fitbit, I've done a factory reset but still no resolve to the issue. Does anyone have any other ideas other than purchasing a new fitbit???
