My battery has been draining at a crazy rate. This has happened in the last few days. Last night it was at 85%. This morning it was dead. I haven't changed anything on it and dont listen to music with it.

Hi, try restarting your Versa 4-5 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the keys. Charge your Versa and see if the drainage problem is solved. when it's not solved by this, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.

Same ! I had a full charge yesterday around 3pm and I woke up today 7:42 am with 56%.  I didn’t work out, no music, no water or food logging.....I mean I didn’t leave the house. So its safe to say this is the worst Fitbit product I’ve ever owned.

How do you do this with a Versa Lite? There is only 1 button and I am having the same issue. Thanks in advance.
