Battery draining fast, charging twice a day.

Hiya everyone, 

I was just wondering if anyone has had problems with the battery life in their Versa. I only bought it in May and it dies overnight and once I've recharged it in the morning it only lasts til maybe 4pm. Tried a few things like restarting it etc but nothing has worked.

Hi, when restarting does not solve your problem, you can try two other things:

1. Perform a Factory Reset.

2. Contact Customer Support and ask a battery test.

Personally I would choose option 2 cause I think you have a battery problem. Regards kuzibri

Thank you, I'll try a factory reset tonight and if it doesn't work I will contact them tomorrow. Donna.

The same thing is happening to my Versa.

Hi Donna, remmber that your synchronize watch with the Fitbit app before doing a FR, otherwise you will loose valuable data. Regards kuzibri
