Hi,
When my Versa charged to 100%, I purposely left it on the stand for 20 mins more. But it shows 99% within one min after I started to wear it. Any ideas? Defective?

I’ve had my versa Ltd edition since Christmas 2018. No complaints! I had my first chance to swim in it last week and it was a “fail”! Fortunately after several hours in rice—-it did revive. But~~~the battery doesn’t last like it did. I have to charge it every 15 hours now! And of course it’s “out of warranty “. Be aware if you swim in your Fitbit. There are a lot of posts about how they are advertised for swimming, but fail.

I am also on my second Versa the first quit charging and the current one started out amazing and is now not holing a charge for more than a day and a half, I’m super frustrated and have done all of the steps to correct this and nothing has worked. I quit Apple because of the frequent charging now I’m thinking I may have made a mistake.

I tried all of these suggestions and the battery doesn't last 24 hours. Can the battery be switched out?

Has anyone had any better luck with Versa 2?
im particularly interested in the sleep monitoring sensor. Is it any more sensitive?

I've noticed problems with the batteries on my watch also. I got it a month ago and it was lasting 3 days. Now it's barely lasting a whole day even after fully charging. I haven't changed any settings!

My VERSA 2 was working pretty decent; even while I was doing beta testing as a Beta Tester. When the Snore Ap came out I downloaded it and the first night it recorded and reported on my versa 2.
Then everything changed... my battery started draining immediately, and fast. I worked on it myself for 2 days, removing the app, resetting, shutting down and re-installing my Versa2. Finally called Service, and after a lengthy IM chat, I agreed to do a battery test. After one day (as soon as my battery died and I could spend time troubleshooting with the service desk, it became apparent that I needed a replacement. Received the replace within 7-8 days. Set up the new VERSA., was very careful not to overload the battery with notifications, alarms and on screen display. Uploaded the Snore Ap again, and it would measure on the Versa, but no report was given.
Battery started draining again... so I uninstalled, reset, rebooted and am not touching the snore ap. My battery works at 75% of what I fist started with.
That's my experience, a little disappointed in the product - is all I can say. (And I started with the Versa original - had it replaced 3 times and then upgraded to the Versa 2). This is because my Company supports and acknowledges fitness reported through Fitbit!

Had this issue with mine. My first versa stopped working after swimming (despite swim tracking???) So contacted support, got a new versa. New versa kept pressing random buttons, contacted support and got sent a 2nd replacement. Now this one is draining all battery in less than a day despite all settings being the same. I'm don't with Fitbit. Absolute waste of money.

Mine seems to be draining faster too. I have had it since July 2019. Only takes about 4-5 days to drain completely to 20 percent now.

I've tried all of these solutions to no avail. My battery is at 100% at 8 a.m. and is at zero by 3 p.m. I have a Fitbit clock face, always-connected is disabled, as well as quick view. Can someone help me please?
