Hi,

When my Versa charged to 100%, I purposely left it on the stand for 20 mins more. But it shows 99% within one min after I started to wear it. Any ideas? Defective?

Great suggestion but I paid for a watch that does more than that and that’s what I want!!
They promote this watch with all these features. I should be able to use it as promotes!!!!!

I totally agree! I had to get a replacement for my Versa when it was just a
few months old, however, for the past year (prox), I can run whatever I
want on it and it needs charging about every 4-5 days.

I did call and they told me all i can do is wait, and there is nothing they can do about it. I dropped it at a post office couple miles for Los Angeles, and it took almost 6 days to reach Fedex Smartpost in LA, > one day to Fedex Smartpost in Sacramento > one day to South San Francisco > Departed from that Fedex location this morning at 2:23am > and still waiting for next status....  I felt like I am sending a international mail.

So turn off all the features that made you buy it ? Very disappointing product. This will be my first and last Fitbit.

I've loved every Fitbit that I've had until I got this one. I used to
recommend them to family and friends but after this experience I tell
everyone to run away. Again the first customer service experience was soooo
bad. Second time was better but for Pete's sake still not great. They know
the product is crap but they're still selling it!

Actually the entire Versa stopped working over the weekend. This will be
the second one replaced since last August. Doesn't give me warm fuzzies. If
it poops out again and will not be replaced I can guarantee that I will
never own another Fitbit. Loved all my other ones before the Versa but this
is just a bad product.

I can't understand why the decision makers of Fitbit just take the Versa OFF the market until the battery issue is resolved.
I'm so glad I returned my Versa for a full refund and am just sticking with my Blaze until the end of this year.  Then I'm make the switch to the Apple Watch.
Others are, as well, which is not good news for Fitbit or its employees.
Take the **ahem** dysfunctional watch off the market.

Oh really!! I just got my replacement a week ago and am crossing my fingers that it will be ok.

Im surprised that Fitbit it not making any fixes with so many complaints regarding the versa!

if this one doesn’t work that’s it I give up and will move to Apple Watch! My only concern is I miss having the challenges

After 8 months my Versa began loosing battery charge every 24hrs. This happened very suddenly. Originally it would go for 3 - 4 days before needing to be recharged.

Tech support had me do a battery test and it went from 100% to 16% in a 24hr period.

Support offers two options for replacement. The first is a no charge (0$) option which is a replacement of the watch only with no warranty extension. You use your current band, charger, cables, etc.

the 2nd option is they will send you a brand new replacement including all accessories and a full 1yr warranty. The cost is 50% of the sales price.

From researching and talking with tech support - I get the impression that this may be a trend that is occurring on some of the early units.

Yup! That’s exactly what happened to me and was offered the same so I just got my complete new replacement last week! Hopefully they have fixed the issues. But I’m not too positive because I see quite a bit of discrepancy in my sleep records and heart rate but I’m just going to ride it out till end of year and move to Apple Watch

I would do the same but I don’t think the Apple Watch tracks sleep.

I just received my replacement as well. Hoping it lasts longer than 6 months this time. If not, it will be my last Fitbit product.

Battery is SO not the only problem with this product. I'm on my second
replacement in less than a year. The units just stop working. I'm sure when
my year is up they will stop replacing and at that point they've lost this
customer and add much as I used to sing their praises I'll also be telling
it like it is on this product. 50% off of another product (which is what I
was offered) is not enough. They KNOW Versa is bad!

And yet they still market and try to sell this highly defective product.
