Battery draining fast on Versa

Hi,

When my Versa charged to 100%, I purposely left it on the stand for 20 mins more. But it shows 99% within one min after I started to wear it. Any ideas? Defective?

If you haven't received a replacement yet you might want to get one. I've
had my new replacement a week and I've had no issues yet.

My battery too was at 100% last night and not it's 5:30 in the Midwest and it's now at 77%. Thought the battery was supposed to last longer than a day or two. I do exercise a lot but that shouldn't matter I wouldn't think.

After battery is drained (in my case it took 24 hrs) they will send you a
email and they want a copy of the receipt to show when you purchased it. I
don’t know why because it hasn’t even been on the market for a year yet.
After that things went fast. They shipped a replacement within a day. I
just received the replacement today and am testing it now. It took about a
week to get here.

That’s good! I got a replacement too but I’m still having problems with the numbers on my challenges!!! Which is very annoying because the whole reason to have the Fitbit is to to make sure it is recording correctly

Does it matter that I bought it from Wal-Mart? I took a screenshot of the order notice from Wal-Mart's website just in case I needed it. I bought my Versa in Feb of this year so not even 5 months old yet.

It doesn’t matter. I got mine off Amazon last November.

Charged my Versa Wed and did the restart like the customer service rep said and battery is at 59% almost 2 days after I charged and did the restart so might start a chat tomorrow with them again.

My last two would not restart (or factory reset) at all hence the
replacements.

We are telling you, it’s a flawed product. Ordinary desires don’t work. The troubleshooting will simply suck up hours of your time, until you cry “uncle.”
