Hi,

When my Versa charged to 100%, I purposely left it on the stand for 20 mins more. But it shows 99% within one min after I started to wear it. Any ideas? Defective?

I have been wearing my replacement Fitbit Versa for 4 full days now and the
battery is still showing 31% from its initial charge.
I’m using the same clock face and settings I used on my original Versa and
even when it was brand new I never got this much time from a charge.

Yes.  I am reading the feedback.  I'm not at all impressed with the way Fitbit is handling the Versa problem.

Hi I'm having the same issue with my versa lite. I got it in May and would hold charge for 4 or 5 days. Then this week I'm not even getting 24 hrs out of it. I tried all the tips on line bu shutting off all the features,  which I don't think you should have to,  and even did a factory reset with no luck. Is there anything else I can do to help extend the battery life.

I imagine you'll have to call support. Then they will put you some things
they want you to do, and then they will replace it. My replacement is many
months old now and has been holding a charge perfectly.

Your next step is to call tech support and have them send a replacement.

Hello, I Have a Fitbit versa, Got it in January and its battery life lasted Almost the four days until just recently, I fully Charge it 100% and put it on at 8 am and by 12 noon its dropped to 60%. My movement is minimal and I have tried all of the trouble shooting mentioned and nothing seems to help!

The battery on my Fitbit lite drains very fast.  I took it off of the charger at 7:00 am this morning and it is already down to 90%.  Everything is off and I do not have an interactive clock face.  I did a hard reset on the watch and it does not help.  The battery was fine when I first got the watch a month ago and the charge would last for days now it needs to be recharged every night.

I’m pretty sure I have to be done with Fitbit. Got a versa. Battery wouldn’t even last a day within 6 months of buying it. They replaced it in May. Today (3 months in) the battery is draining at about 10% per hour. Won’t last a full day at this pace. I think something changed when they pushed through this latest update because I didn’t change anything.

This is my situation as well. Was dead yesterday morning which I attributed to not charging since Friday. Charged fully while at work yesterday and it died overnight. Charged to 100% and kept it on the charger for a few hours today and in four hours, I'm down 20%. I have no extras on the watch and my activity level has been minimal today.
