Hi,
When my Versa charged to 100%, I purposely left it on the stand for 20 mins more. But it shows 99% within one min after I started to wear it. Any ideas? Defective?

This is what I'd expect. I have everything off and have synced it 3 times today, it was 100% at 8 am, its not 3:30pm and on 33% battery!
Fitbit have asked me todo a battery drain test

I've had my Versa since it was officially released. I think it charged to 100% the first time and since then it only goes to 99% no matter how long I leave it on the charger. Not once has it lasted four day. Most of the time I'm recharging it every day to day-and-a-half.
I've gone through the threads and done the hard restart, as well as a full battery drain. I do have it on where i receive calendar and text messages, but that is quite lite throughout the day. Also, I have it so that it comes on when I turn my wrist, but again, I'm not doing that every 20 minutes...
I workout twice a day for about an hour, so I don't know if that is affecting it since its running an additional process (fitness tracking), but going from 99% to 35% in one day seems excessive. Any thoughts?

This is exactly what I have done but can be flat in a matter of hours.

Will try the website tomorrow for a battery check. Seems to be the thing to do. Wanted this watch forever so disappointed

Exactly what happen to mine, battery drains 30% in one night, and drop to 99% just a moment.

I got a second replacement versa and when I first set it up and charged it it still never held a 100% charge but the battery did last 4 days with my regular usage and minimum Bluetooth usage. But after the initial charge, I charged it up for the second time and battery seems to be going down faster. I usually lose 5% over night and now it’s in the afternoon I’m at 89%. I was still in the 90s with my initial charge. This also happened with my original Versa. Seems really weird that once you start that second charge the battery is not as good as the initial charge.

Update to my Versa battery needing to be recharged daily. Took it back to Best Buy and replaced it. Most recent charge has lasted 3 days and it's at 55%, so that seems about right. My experience seems to suggest that the original Versa I received had a bad battery.
Ill update if something else happens.

Fitbit sent me a replacement Versa, and this one is amazing, I did 40,000 steps yesterday and after 18 hours it has only used 10% battery 🙂

I hope these steps work. Mine was at 100% at 11pm last night. At 8am, I am at 66%. The tricky part was "always on." There are two different places in the settings on the app that could be considered this. I thought "all day sync" was the same as "always on" - very confusing. This morning I found the other setting. They should be in the same area on the app or one should be renamed to prevent ambiguity.

Hi Guys. Apologies if someone has already asked that but have you checked the apps and watch faces that are installed on your watches? Some of these 3rd party apps ask for permission to run in the background. It may slow your watches (e.g. navigating thru screens and animations may seem choppy) or drain your battery. Have you tried factory reset but without installing any apps (just keeping basic Fitbit apps and one of Fitbit watch faces)? Check the battery then?
