Hi,
When my Versa charged to 100%, I purposely left it on the stand for 20 mins more. But it shows 99% within one min after I started to wear it. Any ideas? Defective?

How do you lower the screen brightness? I can't find that setting anywhere!

i find that i have to charge the battery once a day regardless. i keep blue tooth off now, and as long as i sync through wifi, battery does tend to last a bit longer. left at 730 am with 100 battery, got home 7pm wth 40% battery. (although since i was going to sell it, and then decided not too... i cant get my dang phone and versa to pair anymore, ive restarted, rebooted factory reset...)

So ultimately I traded in my Versa with the "bad battery" for a new one a few weeks ago. Since then the battery charges up normally and holds the charge for 4(ish) days. My suggestion is just to take your Versa back (or send it back) to where you purchased it and let them know its suffering from "the battery defect" and exchange it.
This Fitbit IS great when it works as intended!

Bluetooth is on, screen is set to normal, receives text and phone alerts, etc.

My versa was lasting 4-5 days between charges. Since the last update, the one that was killing my phone, I've had to charge my versa almost daily. I have done everything you have mentioned to no avail. Is this a firmware issue?

Hi, yes i have the exact same problem too after updating the watch. Not sure what is the exact issue for the battery drain.

My New Versa battery lasts less than 24 hours. I have just about everything turned off ... I do not have an interactive clock face and turn it off at night. Sound defective??
