Battery draining fast on my Versa.

I fixed the issue with my steps. I found out that the steps from my Fitbit Charge 2 was transferred over so it’s all good. My biggest issue is the battery. I can’t go a day without charging it whereas as the Charge 2 could last a week. Also, I’m kind of hesitant about updating my Versa and I don’t know if I should.

Hello @bshea705, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. As you haven't updated the firmware on your Versa, my first recommendation will be to update it. This will be very helpful on this situation. After that, please restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen and monitor it to see if the battery keeps draining faster than it should.

If you're having trouble updating the firmware on your Versa, please check this post with useful troubleshooting steps that I'm sure will be helpful for you.

I hope this helps, give it a try and let us know the outcome.
