Battery draining quickly and clock out of sync

I charged my Fitbit on Monday night as the battery had dropped low, gave it a full charge, I think I'd only charged it the day before.  This morning I noticed the clock was out of sync but about 5 mins, a sync up with the app solved this but the sync took longer than normal.  My battery was down to 44%.  Two hours later my battery was down to 25% and the clock was out of sync again.  It's also been vibrating randomly with no notifications showing.

I rely on my fitbit for my steps & activity and haven't done anything different with it so I'm not sure why this has suddenly happened.

Can anyone help?

There is currently a bug in the IOS Fitbit App.

The temporary workaround is to disable Bluetooth on the phone, except when you need to sync [obviously you won't get notifications or calls without Bluetooth on].

Recharge the watch and restart it and the battery should be as good as normal.

If you aren't on IOS or it doesn't fix it then it could be worth changing your clock face.

I'm not on IOS, I'm on Android.

I've charged my fitbit & just restarted it.

I wondered if there was an issue with the app as it takes longer than normal for it to sync.  I've turned my Bluetooth off for now too so will see what happens.

Thanks for replying.

A further issue, my fitbit is currently about 10 minutes out on time (at 07:05 am on my fitbit the time was actually 07:15 am).

I've just tried syncing with the app, multiple times, without success.

Did you change clock face? and did you restart the phone?

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

I haven't done those things but have been waiting to hear from Fitbit as well.

They've offered a suggestion which one of the options seems to have worked so far but I'll keep an eye on it to see how it goes.

Thanks for your help.
