Hello.
I've had my Versa (1) little over a year with no problems. Now since the last update the battery drains impressively quick: I charged it to 100% this morning then went to the gym. 1h weightlifting with Fitbit workout started and then 30min treadmill run (=no gps) has me down to 12% battery life. So lunch 1pm and recharging my device.
Any thoughts? Battery getting old or some firmware problem?

UPDATE. Fitbit support after monitoring my Versa concluded the battery was malfunctioning and replaced my tracker.

I get a week out of my battery. I turned off non essential stuff: quick view, reminders to move. I have 2 alarms set, sleep mode activated, notifications for only texts & phone calls. Try turning off some stuff & see what happens. Good luck.

Hello.
I have zero notifications on, night mode activated etc. I used to get 3-4 days of battery life with 4-5 tracked exercises during those days, but now I can't get even one day (with a tracked exercise or two).

Hmmm...I have all tracked exercises off b/c I got this to monitor my heart rate. It's only supposed to track walking. Have you tried restarting the watch several times in a row? If nothing works, contact support.

I had been using a clock face downloaded via the Fitbit app, before I exercised today I reset it to the original and WHAM my battery behaves much better. Let's see if that was that 🤔👍
