Is there a way to contact support without having to call? I really need to get something figured out with my versa. I was always getting about 4 days on a charge until a month ago & then it started lasting less than 24 hours. I've tried turning almost everything off (even though they were on before) but no luck. This is really annoying!

In regards to the battery situation, I could see that you have been in touch with our support team about this situation and that they have been assisting you. Please continue working with them directly.

I was talking with someone but they marked my case resolved without anything being resolved. I'm getting very annoyed with having to charge every night.
