When I had premium, my battery lasted about 48 hours. 
Once I stopped using Premium, my battery is lasting well over 4-5 days

You probably had Snore Detection turned permanently on.  It is a big battery user.  It is available only with Premium, so would have gotten turned off when dropping Premium.  Snore Detect is probably best used only for a few days at a time, then again in a few weeks or month or when you suspect something might have changed.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
