My fitbit has always lasted at least 5 days. I have not changed any settings but now my phone only lasts less than 2 days. It has been this way for a month now. It is not many settings as I haven't changed anything and never had an issue before.
Same happened here. I got a hold of support, and had to charge fully, and keep syncing for 24 hrs, so they could see what was going on. Ended up sending me a new one.
