My battery has been draining extremely quicker than it has been. I used to have to charge 3-4 days and after charging it yesterday afternoon it is already at 19%. I just got this watch in early June. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting ideas to fix this and the battery continues to die. Can I have someone from the support team reach out to me please? Thank you
Same issue. Got it in May would last 3-4 days - now I can not get through the day. If I go to sleep with 79% it is dead when I wake up 6 hrs later. Love to find a cure - not only am I missing my steps - but I have no watch now!

Yup, I have definitely noticed a significant decrease in battery life over the last two days. I’ve only had mine for a couple of weeks but it died on me yesterday afree barely a day and a half. I charged it all night last night and it was half way depeleated before bedtime tonight. I love my Versa so far. I’d sure hate to have to return it!
I went in a pool on Saturday for a dip but it was not submerged for a long period of time. Does that affect it even though it is supposed to be able to be used in the water?

This afternoon I openend a topic on this. I experience exactly the same thing and it looks like it started when I had a swim a couple of days ago. It was the first time swimming with my Versa but I showered with it before. Maybe it's coincidence....
