Battery life less than 24h

I bought 2 years ago the versa 2 watch. Since last week,  the battery life lasts no longer than 24h. I have gone through all support tips and still no progress. I have spent a lot of time trying to find a Fitbit contact email or a phone number outside the US with no success. I now need to charge watch daily and battery dies half way through the night. What can I do?
