Anyone else having the same problem? This has been since I updated my clock face to Bit-emoji. I’ve just changed it but I’m about to put it on charge now as it’s gone onto low mode again, even though I charged it to full less then 24 hours ago. I also turned off all day sync to see if that helped but it didn’t. I’m so frustrated it’s not even a year old! This has been going on for about 3 days now and even my Fitbit app doesn’t load properly it cuts off the screen then I have to click back onto it to work.

Hi, restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. See if this solves your problem, if not contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.

Hi Kuzibri, I restarted which did nothing but it seems to be the Bitmoji that was the problem as since changing that I still have a good charge and my app isn’t crashing now. Thanks for your help
