I bought my Versa not long ago very excited and couldn't wait to use it as I did have the blaze loved it . I fun a lot of marathons for charity and show my run to prove I've dine it .I'm a fittness fanatic and I'm in a bit circle of other famous sports people. I reply on my Fitbit and since the day I bought it . The battery life doesn't last more than 2 days infact one day it only lasted a day and when contacting customer services I was told that they would call me and pass it on but after 5 phone calls i got no further . I'm so dissappointed in the Fitbit versa . I was told that if u down load Fitbit apps this could do it but I havnt even down loaded music yet or wallet . All I used is my running app . I'm sick of it trying to sync and still no better .. it's not even up loading my steps today and I've carried my phone around with me. Custmor service are no help at all and I've tried to talk to some one higher and emailed them over the 2 weeks over 6 times with no reply . Each time I call they say they are sorting it or will call or email me ..what a joke ..I'm going to have to take it to trading standards as I'm still no further and sick of charging it .. so I'm posting my problem so u can see that not everything they advertise is true . It doesn't have a 4 day battery .

I'd return it and get another, just to be sure. I'm on my second. The first Versa that I had wasn't water resistant. This second one seems to connect a little better too.......If a different Versa doesn't fix your problem, then you're absolutely right. That being said, Fitbit still needs to do a lot of work to get this watch working correctly.

I got intouch with fit bit again . And told them I wasn't happy and that I didn't get a reply . And my battery still was running down . They wasn't helpful . All I got was excuse after excuse . Never even offered me a exchange I would of been happy at that as ive only had it 21 days . And I just asked if they was exchanging it or refund she said she can't exchange but refund it . What will take 10days to refund after it has been posted so leaving me as a marathon runner with out a fit bit .. I'm fuming I actually thought they was good till this has happened . Just shows u that their custmor service isn't working as one
