. My wife's Versa doesn't even last 24 hours on a charge. I get about 2 days on mine. Are these really that bad? I could not find any way to ask fitbit directly. These are our third models but based on performance I may have to look for something better.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Let me share with you that the battery of our Versa was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.

I also have thw same issue where my battery is not lasting I am not sure if it's because of my clock face that is causing the battery to drain the battery I constanstly have to charge my my versa fibit
