Battery life of Versa

Have read a lot of previous posts regarding Fitbit Versa and battery usage.

I have had my Versa since August, all has been going well but lately I have also noticed that I am having to charge it every day - as advised in numerous posts on here, I have basically turned off all the bells and whistles that I purchased it for and notice that the battery is still decreasing at a rate it shouldn't be - for example today  I put it on fully charged at 10am - at 11.11am it was at 96% and by 1pm down to 90%, just checked now at 2.24pm and currently at 83%.

Are Fitbit able to help with this at all or do I return to the store that I purchased it from???

Thanks for help in advance.

@Milo2006 are you running any 3rd party apps or clockfaces? What's the Fitbit firmware version and Fitbit mobile app version that you're using? Is your versa syncing without issues? Have you tried rebooting your versa several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes? Finally, have you tried factory reset? It would make your versa download the latest firmware (2.2). Some people have reported battery life improvement.

How do we find out what version firmware we have?

@Vhire Tap on Settings on your Versa, then scroll down to About. Tap it. Version number should be listed on top.

Thanks for your reply, I resorted to doing a factory reset and had it all ip and running 8pm last night charged at 100% and am currently charging now as at 3.15pm it was 8% - so got a total of 19.5hrs out of that charge - not impressed at price paid and having to charge every day.  Have messaged Fitbit so will wait and see what they come back with.

@Milo2006 Yes, I think contacting Customer Support is the right choice here. Versa lasts at least 4 days on a single charge. I'm afraid there's a hardware issue with your tracker.
