Battery low message not received today in my e-mail accounts. The yours message sending server may be problematic. In the past, all the messages arrived exactly. I regularly watch all my email accounts. I watched it separately while synchronizing the my Versa and seeing to the battery level low.

Thanks for your reply @Laszlo52! Please go ahead and follow the tips that my friend @AlvaroFitbit posted above, about syncing periodically (at least twice a day) and un-check and check again the low battery notification on your Fitbit account, then restart your Versa and sync it. If you won't get this notification again, don't hesitate to keep us posting.

@Laszlo52 Welcome! It's great to see you around. Sorry to hear that your didn't received the low battery level email. How often do you sync your Versa? Your battery status needs to be updated on your account so the system knows that it needs to send an email. Please sync your Versa periodically. Also go to settings, disable this option, save and then re-enable it and save again.
Let me know how it goes!

Every day I always synchronize often. When I was synchronizing, I saw the low level of accumulator and I was waiting for the email, but it did not come as it used to.

I’m not receiving low battery notifications from the app since I first got this Versa. I occasionally get an email but not consistently. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips, downloaded the latest OS this week and hoped that’d fix it but it didn’t. Last night I synced my mail and app before going to bed. Woke up this morning to a completely *dead* Versa (0% battery) - according to my sleep log, it quit about two hours after I went to ssleep. There was an email notification timestamped 11:36pm. Now I’m looking for the Fitbit 800# to speak with support. Ps: This morning I downloaded and changed clock faces to a *paid* version that continually displays battery %.

My problem was similar. I had a problem with my email address. I requested notifications to a new email address (from a new (another) service provider!) and resolved the issue.

This is crazy! Why are the notifications only going to email? You’re a tech company. Why isn’t the battery level an option on the watch face? Why isn’t there a setting to notify us on our phones AND Versa itself? Turning on and off, synching, etc. For the love of god, make it a feature ON THE DEVICE! How hard can this be?

Hey guys, I hope you are doin' fine!
@TheBobbimarie, have you reviewed on your Fitbit account that the "low battery notification" has the check mark? Have you also reviewed that those messages won't go to your spam folder?
@Laszlo52, thanks for the update my friend! Sounds great that you are now getting these notifications.
@cedrington, you can see the little battery icon on the Versa. From the clock face, swipe up. The battery level icon is in the top-left corner of the screen. If your battery is low (less than 24 hours remaining), Versa alerts you with the red battery indicator. If your battery is critically low (less than 4 hours remaining), the red battery indicator flashes.
Keep me posted guys!

Where exactly on my Fitbit account does it allow “low battery” notifications?? I have my Versa set to allow notifications from email, messages AND FITBIT! I receive notifications on my clockface from email and messages but NOT Fitbit.
As a side note: the Fitbit app has not listed “notifications” since I switched from my Blaze to my new Versa. It USED to tell me when I was crushing my goals, etc. Nothing whatsoever since June 15, when I started using the Versa.

As my son noted: if Fitbit technology can remind us to “move” every hour, why can’t it display a notification *on the clockface,* telling us the battery is <20%?
PLEASE NOTE: I received an email from Fitbit support today telling me it’s NOT an option (only email and messages) - so where is this setting to turn it on, and why hasn’t “Sam A” heard about it?

That did not help It sent low battery notices for the first several months then just stopped. I have tried all the solutions I can find on the internet. Annoying!! Any new ideas?

Well I tried this again then again and then again just for good measure I went into the on line account and cancelled the notification there and saved it them added the notification and saved again. Both times restarting my FitBit Versa. WOW got an email that my battery was low. Not sure which set did the trick the on line or the app but I did both twice and now it is working again.
