Battery not charging after a month of not using

Hi! I own a Versa Lite, and I can get it to charge, it is always at 0%, and as soon as I unplug it from the charger, It would die and nothing happens when holding the power button or tapping the screen. Is there a way to fix this, do I have to buy a new battery or a new Fitbit entirely? Please help!

Never mind, cables where not tight enough to give the watch energy. Scared me!
