Hello All,
first off, I love my Fitbit, it is my second Fitbit, I went from a charge to a versa. I bought my versa October 2018, I have used it for running 1/2 marathons, doing workouts and also as a timer. I am a veterinary nurse and it is extremely important that my watch is accurate and reliable. In the last week, my Fitbit has been dying daily despite charging to 100% the night before. It is also restarting and losing lots of battery in chunks of percentages. I would love to stay with fit bit but the lack of battery replacement, may force me to switch to an apple or garmin watch. It is only a year and a half old, it shouldn’t be doing this already. A similar situation happened to my best friend and Fitbit told her there was nothing they could do for her, unlike me, she just bought another Versa. Her Fitbit was also 1 1/2 years old.
Any suggestions?
thank you
Kate

My Versa also failed after less than 2 years due to the battery. I just got a new one and I'm having a couple of issues and working with support. I love them too so hoping we can get back on track.

LGvig, unfortunately it’s all too common. Fitbit is going to start losing Loyal customers if they don’t resolve the issues. I just can’t keep buying an unreliable product.

Agree. I looked at the Apple Watch, but I really like the Versa and Fitbit in general so prefer to stay with them -- but buying a new device in less than two years due to the battery won't work.
