Battery not holding a charge

My Versa is not holding a charge longer than 24 hrs.

This is my 3rd Fitbit, so I know what I am supposed to be doing... it’s charged 100% before I remove it from the charger, I do not have it on “Sync all day”. Etc.

it appears this is a big/known issue, but how do I get it resolved?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @hdetrick

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with your Versa's battery draining faster than expected. Thank you for being a Fitbit customer and for letting me know that you've tried already to resolve the issue by following the tips to prevent a battery drain. I understand your concern and would like to confirm if you've tried the following:

1. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face.
2. Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
3. Charge the watch to 100% and use it like normal.

Let me know how it goes!

I had not tried the restart option before. I did so as soon as I got your tip. It did not help. It is dying at almost exactly 24hours of use and I am only syncing once a day.

I have the Fitbit business clock face.
