I have noticed the last few days my Versa lite battery has changed dramatically. I could charge it once every say 4 days, let in the last week it has been dying every second day and cannot hold charge.
I have shut down, factory reset etc. Could someone from FitBit please look into this for me ?

You'll have to contact Fitbit. They're not going to look into it for you unless you ask directly.

Weird. I've gone through their pages and I thought the people responding to these topics were from FitBit. A bit disappointed there was no email address listed for easy escalation. Will have to wait until tomorrow then and give them a call. Thanks!

@ms_bs I always had luck with the chat option. There are some moderators around here that could forward your info to support, and then you'd be waiting for emails. Chat is pretty instant.
