Hi all,

I've had my versa for 4 months now. Recently, (one week) my Versa has lost charge within 20 hours. Even with the notifications, my Versa would usually last 3 days, I am not sure why it has suddenly dropped. Things I have tried:

Turning off all notifications.

Dim lighting.

Manual wake up and 10 second wake up time.

Reduced sync to manual.

Restarting the device after charge.

Charged my versa while I slept to ensure a full charge.

Thought I would see if any of you on the forums have any further advice for me to try before contacting support. Thanks in advance

Hi, try this: restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If that does not solve your problem, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.

Thank you! This worked! Will have to remember this one just in case it happens again.

I did all the steps you did. I will now wait and see how long the battery lasts.
