When I removed my brand new Versa Lite from the charger, it read 100%. After only a few hours ( 3 - 4) it was down to 24%. Is there a manufacturing problem with the battery? I'm seriously thinking about returning it.

I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article. These tips are helpful in order to improve the battery life of your Versa. Once you've tried those tips, monitor the battery's behavior and see if it lasts longer.

I returned the Versa Lite (to HSN) and purchased another one (from Best Buy). I used the same settings (All Day syncing - off) The second tracker is functioning as expected so far. Possibly the first tracker had a defective battery.
