Battery problem

Hello,

 

My fitbit versa battery does not even last 24 hours. I bought the product at the end of April and now I have to charge it everyday which annoys me a lot.

I do not receive any step reminders, call notifications or any app notification at all. I am using fitbit layers clock face, do not have any third party application installed. I have tried restarting my device and none of the recommendations solved my problem.

 

I would really appreciate it if my battery data was analyzed by the support them for any defects.
